How to manage notifications from Allegro
We may notify you about various actions regarding your Allegro account. You can configure which notifications you want to receive and how in your Allegro account and on your device.
What notifications we may send you
We may notify you about various actions regarding your purchases on Allegro. For example, you may get notifications regarding:
- your orders and payments
- your parcels
- deals, discount coupons and Smart! Coins
- offers and searches in your Favorites
- inspirations, new releases, and new products.
You can configure most of the notifications in the Consents to notifications tab. However, we send some of them regardless of your settings, and you cannot disable them.
Which notifications you cannot disable
We will always send you an email when:
- you buy a product or win an auction
- we have information on your parcel
- you receive a new chat message.
These are some of the most important actions regarding your Allegro account, which is why we will always inform you about them.
How to enable or disable notifications about Favorites
If you save an offer or a search in your Favorites, we may let you know when something changes in them. You can enable or disable this option in two steps.
- Go to the Favorites tab and click [notification settings]

- Select the notifications you want to receive.
How to enable or disable other notifications
- Open the Consents to notifications tab.
- You will see descriptions of different notification types we may send you and communication channels through which you can receive them. Depending on the notification type, you can select:
- Allegro app
- Allegro Lokalnie app
- phone call and text message.
- Next to each notification type, select how you want to receive it. To enable the given communication channel, check the box in the column with the given channel's name. To disable it — uncheck the box.
Updating consents may take us up to 2 days. During this time, you can still get notifications to which you have withdrawn your consent.
What to do if you are not getting our notifications on your mobile phone
In the Consents to notifications tab, you can enable notifications from our mobile app — so-called push notifications. If they are enabled, but you still do not get our notifications on your mobile phone — it is likely that you do not allow notifications from our app in your device's settings.
In such a case, you also have to consent to them in your tablet's or phone's settings to get our push notifications. See how to do that below.
How to allow notifications on an Android device
- Open settings on your device.
- Go to the Apps or Apps — Manage apps section.
- Search for the Allegro app and select it to open its settings. You can also look for the phrase Allegro in the search bar on the device's settings main page.
- Open the Notifications section. If you cannot see it, try opening the Permissions section and looking for notification settings.
- Enable notifications from the Allegro app. The option may be presented as a switch, slider, or checkbox.
- If you notice additional settings below, adjust them to your needs. There might be options regarding sounds, vibrations, lock screen notifications and others. Done!
Notifications on my phone are enabled on my account, but I still do not get push notifications from the Allegro app. Why?
The consent to Allegro app notifications might be disabled on your device. To fix that, go to settings of your mobile phone and consent to push notifications from our app. See our tips on how to do that.
I want to receive only certain notifications. What should I do?
You can select the notifications you want to receive in your Allegro account settings. Open the Consents to notifications tab and adjust them to your needs.
In this tab, you can freely enable and disable most of the notifications in the chosen communication channel. However, we will always be able to send you certain important notifications — you cannot disable this option.
