How to automatically update offers linked to products from the Catalog
In this article, you can learn how to automatically update offers when product data changes.
You can check for inconsistencies between offers and products in the Offer updates tab available in the Sales Center. Currently, this tab shows differences for the Brand and/or Manufacturer parameters. When we introduce further updates and improvements — you will read about them in our article.
We want the data in your offer to be consistent with the product data in our Catalog. For example, the information you provide in the description should not differ from the product parameters. Thanks to this, they will be confident that they are buying exactly what they are looking for.
We try to detect such differences on an ongoing basis. In such a case, update the offer details in the Offer updates tab. Next to each suggested change, you will find its justification. This will help you decide whether you want to use our suggestion and make your offer consistent with the product.
How to check which offers to update
If your offer differs from the product data, we will let you know by email.
You can also check the list of suggested changes in the Sales Center:
- Go to the Offer updates tab.
- Next to the offer that requires an update, you will see the following information:
- what the suggested change concerns
- how we justify it
- what you can correct in the offer.
- Click [accept change] to update a given offer. Done!
You have 14 days to decide on the complaint. After this time, we will unlink the product from your offer and automatically terminate it.
