GDPR — how you can download your personal data from the Allegro account
You can download your personal data we collected throughout your activity on Allegro in the Copies of your data tab.
This way, we make it possible for you to exercise two of your rights arising from the GDPR:
- the right of access to your data
- the right to data portability.
How you can download your data
- Sign in to the Allegro account for which you want to download data.
- Go to the Copies of your data tab.
- Click [create a data copy].
- Select the data you want to download.
- Select the format of the file with your data:
- HTML ― recommended if you want to get the data in a clear, legible format
- CSV ― recommended if you want to analyze the data or transfer it to another administrator.
- Click [create a copy].
- Depending on the amount, creating the data copy can last from several minutes to several days. We will let you know by email when the files are ready to be downloaded.
- You will find the link for download in the email. You can do it within 7 days of receiving the email. After that time, you will need to create a report again.
The data you can download in the Copies of your data tab applies to both regular and business accounts. Regardless of the account you use — we will not have certain information for you. For example, when you are a seller — you can download a file with Allegro Smart! Student data, but you will not find any information in it.
What about the data you cannot download on your own
You cannot download on your own any data concerning your activity:
- in the Allegro Academy
- on Allegro Lokalnie.

We do not archive some data, and part of it ― for example, images — might not be available anymore.
