How it worked before
Three carriers deliver parcels to Żabka stores. Until now, in the delivery and payment form, we displayed different options for delivery to the same Żabka store — separately for each carrier. Each of those options had the carrier's name. On the pick-up point map, buyers saw the same Żabka store as multiple points with different names.
How it is now
Starting today, if an order meets the Allegro Smart! requirements, we show Żabka as a single delivery option in the delivery and payment form — regardless of the carrier. On the pick-up point map, buyers only see one pick-up point named Żabka.
When choosing the delivery option, buyers do not see which carrier will deliver the parcel to their selected Żabka store. We inform them about it after the purchase — in the Purchase History tab and in an email with order details.
How you will know which carrier picks up the parcel from you
You can see the carrier that will pick up the parcel in the Delivery details section of the Orders tab, or while preparing the shipping label.
Why we introduced this change
The delivery and payment form is now simpler, and the pick-up point map — clearer. It is now easier for buyers to find the delivery option to their Żabka store.
