From September 2, your Allegro International Slovakia parcels will also be handled by InPost
From September 2, your Allegro International Slovakia parcels will be handled by two carriers: Allegro One Courier and InPost.
How you will dispatch parcels handled by Inpost
- During a free InPost courier pick-up.
- At a Paczkomat parcel locker.
- At a PaczkoPunkt pick-up point.
We will assign a courier to the order automatically — you cannot select one manually. You will find out which courier will collect your parcel in Ship with Allegro. During pickup, check if the parcels are being collected by the right courier.
How you will settle delivery costs
You will settle delivery costs with Allegro Standard. You do not have to conclude any agreement with the carrier — you will settle delivery directly with us within a monthly invoice, according to the price list.
How to set the same-day dispatch time
You can do it in the Ordering time settings tab.
If you have already set a same-day cut-off time for other parcels handled by InPost, set the same cut-off time for Allegro International Slovakia.
Which parcels you can hand over to the InPost courier
During the pick-up, you can also hand over other parcels handled by InPost, as well as those you dispatch under your own agreement with that carrier.
