From late October, you will manage your sales only through the Sales Center
We are creating a separate space for you and other sellers — it will allow you to manage and boost your sales on Allegro.
The Sales Center is your space for managing sales — from a business account and in multiple marketplaces. The Sales Center brings everything in one place ― always within your reach.
We are gradually making the Sales Center available to new groups of sellers. In late October, it will become the main space for managing your sales — by replacing the My Sales tab. If, at that time, you try to use the current tools in the My Sales tab, we will ask you to sign in again and redirect you to the Sales Center.
Where to find the Sales Center
- At: salescenter.allegro.com.
- When you sign in to your Allegro account.
- In the My Allegro tab.
- In the footer of the page.
What you will gain with the Sales Center
- It will feature most tools and options for sellers currently available in the My Allegro tab.
- You will easily find what you are looking for thanks to intuitive navigation. You will check, for example, the sales statistics, order details, and cost analysis.
- You will get easy access to helpful articles, manuals, and webinars with a convenient search engine.
- We will display your message exchanges with buyers as part of the Message Center.
How to use the Sales Center
You can check how the Sales Center works right away.
- Go to the Sales Center.
- Sign in to your Allegro business account.
- Done! You can work as usual ― manage offers, handle orders, and settle payments.
