From July 16, parcels to Allegro One Box will be also handled by DHL courier
On July 16, we will add another courier that will handle parcels to Allegro One Box.
Before, we informed you that we would delay the incorporation of DHL courier to Allegro One Box. We will do that on July 16.
It means that from July 16, the parcels you dispatch with the Allegro One (Point, Box) delivery option to the Allegro One parcel lockers will be handled by three couriers: DPD, DHL, and Allegro One Courier in selected cities.
As usual, we will automatically assign one of them to the order. You will not be able to select the carrier on your own.
Make sure you hand the parcel over to a correct courier assigned to the parcel. You will find out which carrier will collect your parcel depending on the selected delivery option directly in Ship with Allegro.
You will dispatch parcels through our free tool — Ship with Allegro — or through integrating the Ship with Allegro API with an external system, such as Base or EasyUploader.
If you use the services of the following integrators and face problems with dispatching parcels after the changes — check what you can do:
- Base — refresh the connection. To do that, go to the Allegro account integration settings and link the accounts again to refresh the permissions.
- SkyShop or Sello — sign in to your tool account and update the Allegro delivery options.
- SellAsist — use the materials prepared by the tool provider.
In the case of remaining tool providers, everything should work correctly. If you have any doubts, contact your integrator.
How to settle delivery costs
You will settle delivery costs for parcels handled by the DHL courier the same way as with DPD parcels. Learn more.
Same-day dispatch time
- If you do not have the same-day dispatch time set for the Allegro One (Point, Box) delivery option handled by DHL, you can set it in the Ordering time settings tab in the Allegro Delivery section, next to the Allegro One (Point, Box) Delivered by DPD delivery option.
- If you have the same-day dispatch time set for DHL within Allegro Delivery — we will automatically set the same time for the Allegro One (Point, Box) delivery option handled by DHL. If you want to change it — you can do it any time in the Ordering time settings tab.
