The new Allegro No Limit method
On December 9, 2021, we started cooperation with the No Limit service provider as part of a new method of delivery of bulky items - Allegro No Limit , with two payment options: in advance and on delivery. You can use it if you have a Business Account and sign a contract with No Limit on terms negotiated between No Limit and Allegro. The service is available throughout Poland.
The method is billed using the Allegro Mix method . This means that we negotiate the terms and conclude a contract with No Limit - you sign the contract and use the services on the negotiated terms, and you settle directly with No Limit. The duration of the contract and the operating conditions of cooperation are set individually with No Limit.
No Limit is an operator that has been developing logistics services in Europe for over 30 years in the field of logistics, warehousing, distribution and additional services. As part of the new Allegro No Limit method, we offer transport of items from the following categories:
House and garden
- furniture (home and garden),
- elements of interior design ( m.in. mattresses, floor panels, carpets, linings, fireplaces),
- garden accessories ( m.in. grills, houses, woodsheds),
- industrial items ( m.in. air conditioners, catering and printing machines and devices).
Electronics - household appliances and electronics ( m.in. washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, kitchens, TV sets).
Sports and tourism
- bicycles,
- fitness equipment ( m.in. treadmills, cross trainers),
- equipment for strength exercises ( m.in. atlases, barbells, griffins, bars).
The Allegro No Limit offer , apart from the possibility of transport, also includes additional services in the form of bringing in goods and assembling selected items (sports and fitness equipment, bicycles, garden accessories, furniture). The goods are collected from you in packages or on a pallet carrier.

How to enable Allegro No Limit in your offers
The new method will be available in the delivery price list in the Heavy and bulky parcels - Allegro Mix settlement method section. You can make it available in your listings in three ways:
- in Delivery Settings after you click [add new price list] or change one of those that you have already added,
- in the Offers form after clicking [add shipping price list ] in the Delivery and Payment section,
- by click on this link - it allows you to add a method to many price lists at the same time.
If you want to provide buyers with additional services as part of the Allegro No Limit method, you can do so through the Additional services tab in Sales settings. You can add them only to those offers where you provide the Allegro No Limit method. The offer should include an item for which No Limit provides the selected additional service. Delivery without carrying
The price for delivery without payment is determined based on the weight-volume price list, which takes into account the gross volume and gross weight of the shipment. This means that when valuing a shipment, we also take into account the packaging of items or the carrier on which they are transported.

Example
- Your parcel consists of a single item (e.g. a wardrobe).
- The gross weight of the shipment is 83 kg, the gross volume of the shipment is 1.5 m3
- You have not purchased any additional service.
- According to the weight and volume price list, you will pay PLN 207 net for the shipment (volume range from 1.31 to 1.5 m3, weight range up to 90 kg).

Consumer returns
If the buyer has collected the parcel but decided to return it, the seller may order No Limit to carry out such a return. As part of the Allegro No Limit method, we only return parcels that have been delivered to the buyer by No Limit. We use the weight-volume price list to evaluate the return. The seller bills for consumer returns directly from No Limit.
No Limit returns the parcel to the same place from which the seller sent the parcel, within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the parcel from the buyer. The choice of the day of the service is on the side of No Limit.

Additional services provided by No Limit m.in. goods delivery services - to a different extent.
The prices in the table apply both to deliveries to the buyer and to consumer returns.
We add an additional fee according to the table below to the price of each single element in the order with a gross weight of more than 84 kg.

- Your parcel consists of two items (e.g. a chest of drawers and a fridge).
- The gross weight of the chest of drawers is 45 kg, and its gross volume is 0.4 m3.
- The gross weight of the refrigerator is 83 kg and its gross volume is 1.5 m3.
- The gross weight of the shipment is 128 kg and its gross volume is 1.9 m3.
- You have purchased the additional service of bringing in the goods in the variant "Home delivery in, unpacking and setting up".
- According to the weight and volume price list, you will pay PLN 242 net for the shipping of the shipment (volume range from 1.71 m3 to 1.9 m3, weight range up to 150 kg)
- The fee for the additional service of bringing in the goods will be PLN 96 net (weight range up to 150 kg)
- You will pay for this shipment (shipping and additional service with additional payment) PLN 338 net.
Delivery and carrying prices listed in the tables above do not apply to fitness equipment and bicycles . These items have dedicated price lists, which we post in the sections below.

Delivery of fitness equipment along with the service of bringing in
The service of transporting and bringing in fitness equipment includes:
- treadmills,
- cross trainers,
- stationary bikes,
- rowers.
The additional service of bringing the goods in is included in the delivery price of the package with the equipment.
The price for shipping a package with fitness equipment depends on the monthly volume of packages you send. We have prepared lower prices for transport if the volume exceeds 250 parcels.

Installation of selected sports and fitness equipment
No Limit does not provide assembly services for sports and fitness equipment during the delivery of items to the buyer. They are made within 7 working days after delivery. The choice of the day of the service is on the side of No Limit.

Delivery of bikes with carrying, optional assembly and additional services
The bicycle delivery service with optional assembly is available in three options:
- Option 1 - collection from the seller and delivery to the buyer in a cardboard box with the bike in its original packaging.
- Option 2 - collection from the seller, installation/assembly of the bike in the No Limit warehouse, repackaging, delivery with bringing to the buyer, implementation of most of the services listed in the table below.
- Option 3 - collection from the seller, installation/assembly of the bike in the No Limit warehouse, repackaging, delivery with bringing to the buyer, implementation of all services from the table below.
Operational assumptions of the service dedicated to bicycle deliveries:
No Limit delivers bicycles to the buyer within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment from the seller.
For option 1 (delivery):
- the delivery price includes the delivery service,
- the recipient signs the ePOD document (electronic Return Receipt ).
For options 2 and 3 (installation/assembly + delivery):
- bicycle shipments covered by assembly are sent to the No Limit warehouse, where there is a so-called bicycle assembly line,
- after assembly in the No Limit warehouse, the bikes are repackaged into larger cardboard boxes and delivered to the buyers,
- No Limit issues a confirmation for the buyer that the service has been performed by a professional assembly company in the No Limit warehouse,
- the seller signs the bike receipt protocol and the ePOD document (electronic Return Receipt receipt).

Installation of selected garden accessories
No Limit does not provide assembly services for garden accessories during the delivery of items to the buyer. They are made within 7 working days after delivery. The choice of the day of the service is on the side of No Limit.

Furniture assembly
No Limit provides assembly services for hard room furniture (not upholstered) within 7 working days after delivery. They are not performed during delivery to the buyer. The choice of the day of the service is on the side of No Limit.
The assembly price is 15% of the item price. The minimum installation price is PLN 241 net. It means that even if 15% of the item's price is less than PLN 241, the buyer will pay PLN 241.
The scope of the No Limit assembly service includes the installation/assembly of the furniture from smaller elements according to the manufacturer's instructions in a place indicated by the buyer. The service does not include fixing the furniture to the wall or floor with wall plugs.

The amount of the discount depends on the number of shipments you send in a month. Discounts from the table below are calculated on the total amount due for standard delivery services - they do not apply to assembly and installation services.

Maximum package dimensions and weight
The Allegro No Limit service applies to the transport of parcels with the maximum dimensions of a single package:
- length: 250 cm,
- width: 160 cm,
- height: 220 cm,
- weight: 168 kg.
The sum of the lengths of all sides must not exceed 500 cm. The shipping of shipments that exceed these parameters requires individual consents and valuation by No Limit.

How to prepare a parcel for shipping
To minimize the risk of damage to the goods in transit, you should properly prepare the shipment for shipping. Poorly packaged shipments may be charged an additional cost which you will incur.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the frequency of parcel collections?
The frequency of receiving parcels depends on the location (postal code) of the place of shipment. Daily collections of shipments from sellers are carried out in the following areas:
- Poznań - and a radius of 50 km around the city
- Gdańsk - and a radius of 50 km around the city
- Wrocław - and a radius of 50 km around the city
- Warsaw - and a radius of 50 km around the city
- Szczecin - and a radius of 50 km around the city
- Sosnowiec - and a radius of 50 km around the city
- Łódź - and a radius of 50 km around the city
- Lublin - and a radius of 20 km around the city
- Białystok - and a radius of 20 km around the city
- Rzeszów - and a radius of 20 km around the city
In other locations, shipments are collected from 2 to 4 times a week. The exact frequency is determined between No Limit and the seller.
How can I place an order for the delivery of a parcel?
You can do it through the online registration system prepared individually for you - you will receive access to this system after signing the contract with No Limit.
You can register orders in three ways:
- manually in the online registration system,
- import order data from a file to the online registration system,
- by WebAPI.
How many times is delivery attempted to the buyer?
As a standard, No Limit makes one attempt to deliver the parcel to the buyer. If the delivery attempt fails, it is possible to arrange a re-delivery attempt on the seller's orders. Delivery of the parcel is associated with an additional cost for you, which is 60% of the original delivery cost. Standard service rates and surcharges if ordered in the original delivery must be added to the redelivery cost.
Can the buyer track the delivery status on Allegro?
Yes, the buyer can track the delivery status on the Allegro website and in the Allegro mobile application in the Purchase History section.
