Thanks to the services of payment operators, buyers can easily pay for purchases on Allegro, and sellers can conveniently collect payments.
What payment operators we have
On Allegro, there are currently 3 payment operators:
- PayU
- Przelewy24 (PayPro)
- Allegro Finance.
Soon, Allegro Finance sp. z o.o. will be our main payment operator.
What it means for you
If you sell on a regular account, Allegro Finance will provide payment services for you. For it to happen and so your sales may continue, you must conclude an agreement with Allegro Finance. You do not need to sign it separately — you only need to accept the Terms & Conditions of the service. By doing that, you will consent to the transfer of your data from Allegro to Allegro Finance.
Allegro Finance sp. z o.o. will process your data following the Allegro Finance privacy protection policy.
How to accept the Allegro Finance Terms & Conditions if you have a regular account
- Go to the Funds and Operations history tab.
- Accept Appendix 7c to the Allegro Terms & Conditions — check the I accept box.
- Click [save].
When you do this, we will transfer to Allegro Finance your credentials, contact data, and information on your payout account saved in your account settings.
What if you fail to do that
If you do not accept the Allegro Finance Terms & Conditions (appendix 7c), we will not be able to provide payment services for you — for example, pay out your sales funds. You will not be able to receive payments from buyers or sell on Allegro and Allegro Lokalnie either. We will inform you about the exact date in the News.
Sales will be possible only if you pass the account data verification again. If you do not pass the verification or do not accept the Terms & Conditions, we will not transfer your data to Allegro Finance. That means you will no longer be able to sell.
