Changes to filtering complaints and Discussions
Now you can handle your issues more efficiently — see what we have changed.
Before, two of the filters available in the Complaints and Discussions with buyers tab — request type and status — worked separately. Sometimes a given status and request type did not match one another. Consequently, there were no records displayed on the list.
We have combined them in a single filter: Status. Thanks to this, you will always see the correct information.
What else we have changed
We have also added a default option: Sorting by urgency. You can now find the most urgent issues at the top of the list.
The issues will be displayed in the following order:
- active issues with deadline for making a decision — the less time you have left to make a decision, the higher up on the list you will see the issue
- active issues without a deadline — such as standard Discussions with customers
- overdue issues or issues for which you did not reach an agreement with the customer
- resolved and closed issues.
The new order of displaying issues will help you manage them more efficiently.
Go to the Complaints and Discussions with buyers tab to see the changes.
