Basic information about invoices for Allegro services
In this article, you will find out when we issue invoices and what they contain, where you can find your invoices, and how the transaction rebate (sales commission refund) is granted.
When the invoice is issued
Invoices for a given month include fees charged in that month. We issue invoices no later than on the 15th day of the month.
If you have an active invoice account, we will issue an invoice for you regardless of the fee amount charged for using the service. Issuing and sending VAT invoices (regular and electronic) are free of charge.
Soon after issuing an invoice, we send it in an electronic form or by regular letter to the address provided in the invoice details. If you want to receive invoices to a different address than the one on your invoice, contact us.
Where I can find my invoices
You can find invoices issued for sales in the Invoices tab.
- In the case of electronic invoices – you can present the invoice file in the Tax Office to document all fees for Allegro services.
- In the case of regular VAT invoices – you can only preview invoices issued for you.
For sales in each marketplace, we issue separate invoices in the relevant currencies.
If you want to check your invoices for sales in a given marketplace, click the name of that marketplace at the top of the tab. You will only see the names of marketplaces for which we have issued at least one invoice.
In the Summary of the last accounting document section, you can find fees from your last invoice divided into groups. Clicking the green arrow next to a fee group will redirect you to the summary of the whole group's fees.
In the Your Invoices section, you can find the [fee details] button. It will redirect you to the Fees summary page, where you can check the fees that make up the amount of a given invoice.
The [fee details] button redirecting you to the Fees summary page will be available for invoices:
- from the past 6 months — we plan on expanding this range to the past year
- with the settlements with Allegro.
The button will not be available for invoices:
- older than 6 months
- with the settlements of corrections or overpayments — such invoices do not concern the fees we charge.
What you can find on the invoice
The settlements for Allegro services in a given month are shown in two sections:
- the section covering the comprehensive service that is subject to VAT, for example for sales commission, promotion fees, and so on
- in the fees out of scope of VAT section, you will find:
- settlements for transactions subject to VAT e-commerce ― concerns sellers based outside the European Union who dispatch their parcels from the EU territory
- Allegro Protect settlements — they apply to situations in which the buyer is refunded due to an unsuccessful transaction. In such cases, we will charge a suitable amount to your billing. Learn more.
- penalties and compensations settlements — they apply to the case of an Onerous Parcel non-compliant with the Terms & Conditions, for example, a parcel with prohibited contents or faulty packaging.
- settlements for transactions subject to VAT e-commerce ― concerns sellers based outside the European Union who dispatch their parcels from the EU territory
You will not see the settlements out of scope of VAT on corrective invoices.

How a transaction rebate (sales commission refund) is settled
A transaction rebate (sales commission refund) is settled in a month when it was granted (the date of application is irrelevant in this case) and reduces the amount you pay for Allegro services in a given month.
For whom Allegro issues invoices
We issue invoices only for Allegro service users – entities who have registered accounts on Allegro and are their owners and users. The invoice details must match the Allegro account details.
Legal information
According to current legislation, an invoice must be issued no later than on the 15th day after the end of the month in which the sale was made.
An e-invoice is an electronic invoice issued by Allegro.pl. The electronic invoice file has the same legal force as the regular paper invoice.
If you are a seller from outside the European Union and you declare a permanent place of business (fixed establishment) in Poland, we will include the VAT PL number you provide in the invoice for our services.
