We have changed the way we calculate the dimensional weight of Allegro Delivery parcels.

What the dimensional parcel weight is
The dimensional (volumetric) weight depends on parcel size. When determining the weight of a parcel, we compare its actual weight and dimensional weight, and take the higher value into account.
What it means for you
The new way of calculating the dimensional weight of a parcel is more beneficial for you. You can dispatch heavier parcels with no additional charges.
Maximum dimensions for Allegro DPD Courier parcels
We have changed the maximum dimensions of parcels you can dispatch with Allegro DPD Courier within the Allegro Delivery program.

What it means for you
Now, we do not check the length of each of the shorter sides, but only their sum. This gives you more flexibility when packing parcels and entering their dimensions into Ship with Allegro.

Thanks to these changes, sellers can now dispatch products with more varied dimensions and weight.
