Accounts for the employees of advertising agencies in Allegro Ads
If you work at an advertising agency, you can sign in to Allegro Ads with your employee account.
If more than one person in your advertising agency signs in to Allegro Ads, each of them should use their own account. It can be linked to the agency account. This will allow you to use your own login and password.
How to attach an employee account to an agency account
- If you need access to the account of your agency, create a new Allegro account. Register using your business email address.
- When you confirm the email address, we will assign you a default login automatically. Learn more.
- Check your login in the Account Details tab. You can assign your own login. Click [edit] to do this.
- Share your login with the agency account owner. If you have not changed it, it should look like this: Client:123456.
- The agency account owner will add your login to the Employees tab in the Agency Dashboard. That is how they invite you to work with them.
- Sign in to the Allegro Ads dashboard to reject or confirm the invitation.
- Confirming it will give you access to the agency account. Use your login and password to sign in.
How to detach an employee account from the agency account
- Only the main account owner can detach an employee account.
- If you are the main account owner, click [Detach account] in the Agency Dashboard next to the employee's name.
- After detaching an employee account, we will restore the previous account configuration.
